Partnering for a Warm and Meaningful Christmas for the Needy
Dear Friend,
I trust this letter finds you well and you are looking forward to the holidays. My name is Chance Bleu-Montgomery, and I represent Trooth Community Group. As the season of giving approaches, we are reaching out to like-minded individuals and businesses with a shared commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
The Trooth Community Group, who are dedicated to feeding the homeless during the holiday season. Not only do they provide a hearty Christmas lunch, but they go the extra mile by offering wrapped gifts and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere through genuine conversations. This year's event is scheduled for Thursday, 21st December 2023, from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. Understanding the significant impact such initiatives can have on the lives of those less fortunate, we are eager to contribute and support The Trooth Community Group in making this year's event truly special. We are reaching out to inquire if your Company or Organisation has any surplus goods or resources that could bring comfort and joy to those in need.
Considering the winter season, we thought of sponsoring items such as branded hot-water bottles, clothing items, drink bottles, and portable chargers. These practical and thoughtful gifts could make a significant difference in the lives of the recipients. Additionally, we are open to creative ideas and suggestions that align with the spirit of giving and community support. If any surplus goods within your organisation could be utilised to benefit a less fortunate family, we would be more than willing to coordinate their delivery to The Trooth Community Group.
Goods can be conveniently posted or dropped off at The Aaja Snake Pit, 30 Deptford Church Street, SE8 4RZ. Addressed to Trooth Homeless Project.
For volunteers interested in contributing their time, there is a meet-up scheduled on Thursday, 21st December, at Hales Street SE8 4RB, starting from 10 am until 12 am. Afterward, the team will head to 9 Giffin St for the main event at Deptford Library Square, London SE8 4RJ, commencing at 2 pm.
We believe that by coming together, we can create a positive impact on the lives of those less fortunate and spread the warmth of community love during the holiday season. Your support and contributions will undoubtedly make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for considering this opportunity. We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you to make this Christmas a memorable one for the homeless and those in need.
Choose Hope,
