🌱 Site-Ready Pathways
Hire confidently. Deliver social value.
Led by Kenny Anderson | Trooth Ltd
To create a future where people with lived experience of the justice system can access meaningful work, personal growth, and purpose — while supporting businesses to meet their community impact goals.
“We don’t just train people for work; we help them become work-ready in attitude, confidence, and responsibility.”
What Is Site-Ready Pathways?
Site-Ready Pathways is a structured employment preparation programme led by Kenny Anderson of Trooth Ltd, designed to connect justice-impacted individuals with sustainable careers in the built environment — construction, facilities management, and infrastructure.
It’s more than just training — it’s a bridge between rehabilitation and real employment, helping individuals rebuild their lives while helping employers meet social value commitments.

How It Works
Dust-m-Down
Each Site-Ready Pathways cohort brings together five justice-impacted men who are ready to turn a new page in life.
The programme follows three key phases:
1. Preparation & Mindset
Participants complete a structured “Work-Ready Workbook”, focusing on:
-
Self-awareness and accountability
-
Teamwork and communication
-
Building confidence and resilience
-
Understanding workplace behaviour
2. Skills & Site Readiness
Hands-on learning and certifications (such as Health & Safety and CSCS awareness) prepare participants for site environments.
Each participant develops a CV, practices interviews, and sets personal goals for employment.
3. Employment & Social Value Delivery
Through partnerships with Bridge of Hope 2 and Trooth Careers, participants are introduced to employers in the built environment who are seeking skilled, socially responsible hires.
Employers gain:
-
Job-ready, motivated workers
-
Proven social value impact (worth £56,000+ per participant)
-
Evidence to support public sector contracts and tenders

Why It Matters
Every person who completes the programme contributes to:
-
Reducing reoffending
-
Rebuilding families and communities
-
Creating measurable social impact
For employers, each placement contributes toward their 10%+ social value targets — supporting their bids for public sector frameworks.
